We offer free returns and exchanges within 45 days.

Please note: Apparel returns must have tags attached. We cannot accept returns if tags are removed.

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.

For exchanges, you’ll receive store credit via email after the return is processed.

International customers are responsible for return shipping.

Please follow these steps:

Pack sunglasses inside the original microfiber pouch and plastic packaging. If the original box is unavailable, use a sturdy replacement box.

Include a note with your contact details, order number, and “Refund Request.”

Ship the package back to the address above.

Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect the items for damage. If everything checks out, we’ll refund your original payment method.
